Gluten-Free U BAR is a gluten-free oat-based energy bar that provides a complete 30 grams of carbohydrates. This energy bar is composed of glucose and fructose in a ratio of 1:0.8, making it as stomach-friendly as possible, so we call it an "optibar". It naturally adds blueberry flavor and gives dough and energy bars a light blue or purple color.

This energy bar has a very soft texture, making it easy for athletes to chew even in cold weather. No hassle of chocolate or yogurt coatings melting and smudging on hot summer days. For convenience, we've added a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats to the outer layer of the bar, which not only makes it look tastier but also greatly enhances the taste, and we think you'll love it.
