Thank you for Shopping at Cam2, please note the following terms & conditions:

1. QUOTATIONS: Quoted prices are subject to change without further notice.
2. 10-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
   1. The guarantee is only applicable for the non-artificial damaged goods*. Human cause or any unsatisfied with the purchase etc. is not acceptable to return and exchange.
   2. You can return both the original Sales Memo and the unused item in its original package to effect an exchange or refund within 10 days of the date of the Sales Memo.
   3. Cam2 does not accept returns for refund or exchange of Cam2 Gift Vouchers, damaged goods, unwrapped accessories, Or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt (except due to manufacturing faults). No refund will be made to items purchased under any Credit Card Installment Program.
   4. Any returned item can only be exchanged for items of the same or higher value and the Customer is labeled to pay the difference for a higher valued item. No credit will be given for the exchange of items of lower value.
   5. Refund shall always be done through the same payment method as you purchased. If your purchase is paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card while your purchase.
   6. We have the authority to make the final decision.
3. No cancellation will be arranged once the Credit Card Installment Program is confirmed.

In the event of a conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
