Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your patronage of our company's products. The following are important instructions to be noted after purchasing from our company:

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We offer a "10-day return and exchange" service from the day you receive the goods (based on the date of receipt).
  • We regret that we cannot process returns or exchanges if you notify us after 10 days or if the product has been removed from its packaging, damaged, or no longer in its original condition.
  • Customers can replace the purchased items from Cam2 Online for any reason within 10 days from the date of receipt.
  • When returning the item, please make sure to include/return the invoice and the product. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.
  • For unconditional returns and exchanges, please ensure that the returned product does not affect resale and guarantee that the external packaging is intact (please ensure that the shoebox is not damaged or stained).

Any reason or unconditional refers to:

  • The product's color, pattern, model, or material does not match the description on the website.
  • Size error or improper fit.
  • Defects and product quality issues (only eligible for defective product return/exchange or refund process. Other restrictions may apply).
  • Order discrepancies in the delivered contents.


Reasons for not being eligible for return or exchange:
We cannot assist with returns or exchanges if the following conditions occur:

  • The product has been used or worn.
  • The product has been exposed to improper usage, including contact with excessive moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, excessive heat, etc.
  • The product has been scratched by external hard objects or experienced internal wear and tear, leading to detachment or cracks.
  • Product damage caused by improper washing.
  • The product's appearance is unclean.
  • The product was not purchased from our online store.
  • The hang tags have been removed, and the original packaging is missing.
  • All discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return and Exchange Process:
If you need to return or exchange your order, please ensure that your order meets the return and exchange criteria.

You can follow these steps:

  • Contact Cam2 Online at enquiry@cam2.com.hk / +852 6469 0411 to arrange for the return or exchange, providing your order information and the desired size for exchange.
  • Select a courier company for the return and send it to our company's address. Please note that Cam2 Online is not responsible for any loss of goods during the return process.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will arrange for shipping or pickup as soon as possible.
  • If the inspection reveals that the product has been intentionally damaged, we will return the product to you in the form of "cash on delivery" or self-collection (please refer to the reasons for not being eligible for return or exchange).
  • Our company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding product replacement.

Refund process:
1. If you made your payment with a credit card online, we will generally refund the amount to your credit card account within 3-7 working days after receiving the returned product and complete refund information. (The actual date of arrival depends on the processing cycle of the bank/credit card company.)

2. If you paid in cash (applicable only to orders delivered within Hong Kong), and a refund is required for the product, you must provide your local personal bank account and name in Hong Kong so that we can refund the amount to you promptly. Once we have received your complete refund account information, we will directly transfer the refund to your account. We will process the refund within 7 working days. When the refund is completed, we will also send a notification email to inform you.
