Return and exchange terms

    Return and exchange process

    If your order requires a return or exchange, please ensure that the order meets the return and exchange standards.

    You can follow these steps:

    • Please choose your own courier company to pick up the goods and send them back to our company's address. Cam2 Online will not be responsible if the goods are lost during the return or exchange process.
    • Customers must arrange and bear all freight costs themselves
    • After we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and arrange shipment/self-pickup as soon as possible after confirming that they are correct.
    • If it is confirmed after inspection that the goods have been damaged, we will return the goods on a collect/self-pickup basis (please read carefully the reasons why returns and exchanges cannot be made)

    The company reserves the final decision on product replacement.

    Refund methods are as follows:

If your payment method is credit card online payment, after we receive your returned product and complete the refund information, we will generally return your payment to the address you originally used to pay within 3-7 working days. in your credit card account.
