Precision Fuel & Hydration was founded in 2011 in the UK by Andy Blow. Mr. Blow has a degree in exercise science. He competed in short-distance triathlons and won multiple medals in his youth, but later encountered severe muscle cramps and water imbalance problems during long-distance IRONMAN races, so he began to research how to effectively Manage individual hydration and electrolyte needs.
