The Peak Hunter was founded in September 2015 by Huang Haocong and a group of cross-country running enthusiasts with the intention of pursuing the spirit of peaking. In January 2018, it joined Chen Junjie, Xu Shangqin and other teams to become a cross-country running club based in Hong Kong.
