Umara Nitrate 500mg Shot (Beetroot)

Umara Nitrate 500mg Shot is a concentrated beetroot oral solution containing 500 mg of nitrate (8mmol) per serving. We chose to increase the nitrate content in U Nitrate to 500 mg (a 25% increase) from the 400 mg common in other products.

- If your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) is 60ml/kg/min or less, then 500mg (8mmol) may seem adequate. If your VO2 max is higher, we recommend taking 2 servings (see instructions).
