Umara Chew is our "energy chew." It provides a quick boost of energy with a delicious chewable texture. Umara Chew is our "chewable tablet," or chewable gel. Like our gel, it's optimized to have a carbohydrate to salt ratio of 1:0.8. Energy absorption is just as fast as the gel, resulting in comparable performance, but Umara Chew has a harder texture. Available in caffeinated and decaffeinated options, each Umara Chew contains 30 grams of carbohydrates.

Our Umara Chew is chewier and more filling than gel. If you're looking for energy percentage, Umara Chew offers the advantage of providing more energy per unit weight. Each piece of Umara Chew weighs 38 grams and contains 30 grams of carbohydrates, while our U Gel weighs 50 grams and contains 30 grams of carbohydrates. This is because gel contains more liquid. Gel itself also helps maintain fluid balance, which is great. However, sometimes you may want to minimize weight while maintaining an optimal energy plan. Umara Chew is perfect for this situation. Or perhaps you just want something a little firmer to chew during exercise.

Available in kiwi and cola flavors, both contain 30 grams of carbohydrates, with the cola also containing 23 mg of caffeine.
