SIS Beta Fuel Energy Gel (60ml) (ER&L)

BETA Fuel + Electrolyte Gel is designed for prolonged, moderate- to high-intensity endurance exercise. It combines dual-source carbohydrates with added electrolytes to deliver both fast-acting energy and hydration support during long sessions or races.

Each gel provides 40g of carbohydrate in an optimized 1:0.8 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio, which has been shown to enhance exogenous carbohydrate oxidation compared to traditional 2:1 blends while helping to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Each serving also contains 200mg of sodium, helping to replace electrolytes lost through sweat and maintain fluid balance—especially important in hot conditions or during high sweat rates.

The product is designed to help athletes achieve a fuelling target of 90–120g of carbohydrate per hour during long-duration events.
