RockTape is a kinesiology tape designed for sports. Its design philosophy is to protect, enhance, and recover muscles, and most importantly, support muscles during exercise. RockTape is used to improve muscle performance and accelerate post-competition recovery. Unlike regular kinesiology tape, it can apply pressure to the affected area to promote recovery or relieve pressure to soothe pain and swelling. It helps improve conditions including Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, ligament injuries, shoulder problems, back problems, anterior shin pain, tennis elbow and golf ball elbow, pregnancy-related elbow, and posture correction.

【Precautions】

• The area to be protected must be kept dry. Before applying the rocktape, please wipe off any moisture or oil from the skin. If you have applied massage oil or lotion to your skin, please wipe it dry with alcohol before applying the rocktape.
• It is recommended to wait 30 minutes after applying the adhesive before starting exercise to avoid sweating affecting the adhesion.
• Each application lasts approximately 3-5 days. After showering, simply pat dry with a tissue. If any allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional.
