Maurten Gel Mix 480

Gel Mix 480 is a powder-based hydrogel energy fuel designed for long-duration, high-intensity endurance sports. Each sachet contains 120 grams of carbohydrates and, when mixed with 200 ml of water, creates a new consistency that sits between Drink Mix and ready-to-use Gel—offering greater flexibility in fueling strategy.

Powered by Maurten’s patented Hydrogel Technology, the mixture converts into a true gel in the acidic environment of the stomach. This encapsulates the carbohydrates and helps transport them through the stomach for efficient absorption, supporting smoother fueling and reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.

The formula contains no added flavors, colors, or preservatives. It can be combined with Maurten Additions to personalize taste and help prevent flavor fatigue during long efforts.

Designed for use with the Gel Mix Flask 350 ml soft flask (featuring a SpeedFill™ cap and bite valve), it fits easily into a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket. Once mixed, it can be refrigerated for up to 72 hours.

How to use (Gel Mix Flask 350 ml / other soft flasks)：

• Fill flask to the line with 200 ml of water. 
• If wanting to personalize taste, add preferred Addition first and shake. 
• Pour in Gel Mix 480 from sachet. 
• Shake flask vigorously again until dissolved. 
• Let the mix rest for 5 minutes before consuming.
