How to measure:
On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at 90 degress.
For Walking, hiking and backpacking: stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp.
For Running: uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on a size cusp.

The Distance FLZ features our lightweight and supportive Distance Strap, which is breathable and moisture-wicking, making the Distance FLZ a durable, lightweight hiking machine ready for adventure. Speed Cone technology, derived from our expertise in avalanche probe design, is a key component to the Z-Poles' stiffness and rapid deployment.
- 7075 aluminum poles are made from 30% pre-consumer recycled aluminum (UL certified). These poles contain a minimum of 14% recycled content based on the total weight of the finished product.
