The origins of DYNAFIT can be traced back to Austria in the 1950s, when ski boots were produced by the Austrian company Humanic.
Later, DYNAFIT developed into an independent Austrian brand and experienced many ownership changes. In 2003, DYNAFIT became part of the German Salewa Group, but still retained its Austrian brand characteristics.
DYNAFIT first began producing ski boots in the 1950s, and was later officially registered as its own brand in 1969. The brand has historically been closely associated with legendary skiers such as Franz Klammer and Leonhard Stock, who won multiple World Cup titles wearing DYNAFIT boots.
In the 1980s, DYNAFIT launched the revolutionary "Pin Binding" shoe buckle system, which greatly improved the efficiency and portability of skiing and mountaineering. In 2005, DYNAFIT relaunched the brand, emphasizing lightweight, efficiency and speed, and developing new areas such as cross-country running.
At present, DYNAFIT has become a comprehensive outdoor sports brand, providing a variety of mountaineering, skiing and cross-country running equipment.
