How to use:
- Before running: Take one energy gel 10-15 minutes before you start running to quickly replenish your body's energy - especially suitable for morning runs or fast starts.
- During running: Take one energy gel every 30-45 minutes during longer training sessions or races. It provides easily digestible and absorbable energy without causing gastrointestinal discomfort, even during high-intensity exercise or in wet weather.
- Expert tip: Taking it with water can speed up absorption and reduce stickiness.
