Race Distance:	10 km
Race Route:	Starting from Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung P.H.A.B. Site, run along Sai Kung Man Yee Road to West Dam (5km round trip)
Transportation Arrangement:	The organizer provides one-way shuttle bus service. Participants can take the bus provided by the organizer from Somerset Road, Kowloon Tong (MTR Exit B) to the starting point at 6:45 AM on October 8th, at a cost of HK$40.

Individual Category Registration Fee	HK$320 for non-Thaiquain members，HK$280 for Thaiquain members (Thaiquain member number TQXXXX must be provided)
Team Category:	There are men's and women's teams, each consisting of four people. Each participant must be 18 years old or above. The team's score is calculated by adding up the rankings of the fastest three members. The team with the lowest total score is the winner. If the scores are tied, the team with the higher ranking of its third member will be considered the winner.
Team Category Registration Fee:	HK$1,200/ Team，The results of team participants will not be counted towards individual awards.。 Team registration must include all team member information together. Any incomplete or changed information will result in a handling fee of HKD $100 per instance.
Souvenir:	One set of Thaiquain running vest and shorts. aminoVITAL Gold x 1 Cam2 $50 Cash Coupon x2 HK$50 Cam2 Points. After crossing the finish line, the organizer will distribute a bottle of bottled water and a piece of fruit (Fruit sponsoring by Fresh Channels Limited).
Race bib and souvenirs can be collected at Cam2 store from September 29th to October 4th, 2023, between 12:30 to 20:00. Address: Shop 1006-1013, 10/F, 56 Dundas Street, Mong Kok. No re-issuance service is provided.

The fastest man and woman in the race will be awarded the overall champion medal.

Disclaimer and Participant Agreement

All participants and their family/friends are voluntary participants and must clearly understand the nature and risks of the event. They have no right to claim compensation or hold the organizers responsible for any injuries, accidents, death, or any form of loss caused by participating in the event.
Participants are responsible for their own personal accidental insurance.
Race bibs and chips cannot be transferred to others.
Once the registration is accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the race day, the race will be cancelled. The organizer will notify participants before 7:00 am on the race day. All fees paid will not be refunded.
The organizer provides baggage storage (but will not be responsible for any loss of property), water stations, and distance markers.
The organizer reserves the right to modify this regulation at any time without further notice.
Thaiquain members must provide the correct membership number during registration. If the organizer discovers that the number provided is incorrect, the organizer has the right to cancel the registration without refunding the registration fee.
The race has a time limit of 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Friendly reminder: The race will be held in the hot summer season. Participants should have sufficient training and rest before the race, pay attention to their physical condition, and replenish water in a timely manner. If you feel unwell, please take it easy and do not force yourself to participate in the race.
