If we designed the new TRL Cap to be the ultimate trail hat (and we did), this one is clearly designed for the ultimate trail bucket. The TRL crown on the bucket and hat is engineered for that. It's higher than usual to promote airflow for faster cooling. An extra-wide 360º brim blocks out the sun, while our form-focused recycled FLEXweave fabric provides UPF protection and a clean, modern look. We designed a new liner with an integrated headband to reduce fabric consumption, and it's made from lightweight COOLmatic | PLUS PROPHORmesh™ fabric that's structured, ventilated, and odor-resistant. Our ZIPmesh, located on the back panel, is breathable yet structured and tear-resistant. An adjustable chin strap keeps this hat on when the winds are strong. The One Hundred logo is small but front and center in a reflective print.
