U GEL 1:0.8 is a 33 ml liquid gel with a carbohydrate composition ratio of 1:0.8 of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose. Each gel bag provides 20 grams of carbohydrates and electrolytes. Flavors with a + sign mean they contain caffeine. This rule applies to our entire product range, and for this product, the caffeine content in the Coke flavor is 21 mg.
This gel has good flow properties so no drinking water is required during ingestion. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) in the right balance.
U GEL 1:0.8 comes in a long, narrow shape and is sized to fit in a bike pocket, running leggings/belt/shorts. It can also be folded lengthwise if you want it to be shorter and save space.
