Crown Raw Bar 50g is a snack bar made with dates, protein and hazelnuts and contains no sweeteners. Each bar snack contains 28 grams of carbohydrates and 10 grams of protein. Perfect as a recovery food between meals or after training. Gluten free.
This raw bar is a snack bar based on dates, protein and high-quality hazelnuts, and its combination of ingredients provides daily energy and protein needs. It has a unique juicy texture that makes it easy to eat, plus it's very digestible since it has no chocolate coating and is low in fat. It contains no sweeteners, preservatives, colors or unnecessary added ingredients.
It contains a balanced blend of:
- Dates provide carbohydrates (energy), mainly in the form of glucose and fructose, in a roughly 1:1 ratio. Date palms are not only a source of carbohydrates, they are also rich in insoluble fiber, vitamin C and B vitamins (including B2, B3, B6 and B9), various minerals (including potassium, magnesium, copper and selenium) and Fruits with various bioactive components such as polyphenols, anthocyanins and carotenoids. These ingredients have high antioxidant capacity and are very helpful for athletes.
- Protein is derived from proteins that have a high biological value and are essential for muscle rebuilding, as well as for the proper functioning of the immune system, hormonal system and homeostasis.
-Hazelnuts provide texture and flavor while providing additional healthy fatty acids.
Additionally, coconut cream is slightly added to bind it more tightly and give it a juicy feel.
RAW Bar does not contain any chocolate coating to make it easier to carry and prevent it from melting or spoiling in high temperatures. The lack of any coating makes it lower in fat and easier to digest.
