Cam2 Gift Card

You can order gift cards in amounts over $500. You can choose to email a gift card to any individual with a valid email address. Gift cards can be redeemed at cam2.com.hk or any participating Cam2 store. Gift card orders should be sent via email within 24 hours. Once the order is completed, the gift card recipient will receive an email containing the gift card code and information.

Digital Gift Cards can be ordered in any amount over $500. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The Gift Card may be redeemed online at cam2.com.hk or at any participating Cam2 Store. Gift Card orders should be delivered by email within 24 hours. When the order has been completed, the Gift Card recipient will receive an email with the Gift Card code and information.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Usage
The gift card is valid for purchases at designated CAM2 websites or retail stores.

To use the gift card online, enter the gift card code sent by email during checkout.

The gift card balance may be used in multiple transactions within the validity period. If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the customer must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

2. Validity Period
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited and will not be extended or reissued.

3. No Refunds, Cancellations, or Cash Redemption
Once sold, the gift card cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or have its balance transferred to another account.

The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

For approved product returns, the refund amount will be credited back to the same gift card. The validity period will remain based on the original expiry date from the purchase date, and no cash refund will be provided.

4. Safekeeping Responsibility and Irregular Use
Customers are responsible for keeping their gift card information and code secure. CAM2 shall not be liable for, and will not reissue, any gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged, disclosed, or used without authorization.

CAM2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse the use of any gift card if fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.

5. Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, CAM2 reserves the right of final decision.
