Each energy bar weighs 50 grams and provides 35 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of protein and 0.8 grams of salt. We specially formulated this energy bar to be the ideal choice for long distance/long training or competition, when you need to exercise continuously for more than 2 hours.

The salt content in this energy bar is equivalent to 3.5dl of salt you lose through perspiration. As such, it contains a considerable amount of salt, giving it a distinct salty flavor that combines perfectly with the sweet caramel and peanut flavors.
