BCAA tablets are designed to support muscle recovery during periods of physical or mental fatigue (especially during long endurance/ultra events), as a supplement to insufficient protein intake (vegan diet, loss of appetite, etc.)

They contain an optimal 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine , three essential amino acids that play a key role in protein synthesis and muscle regeneration.
Easy to digest and tasteless, they can be taken as needed, depending on the intensity of your workout, before or after training.

Suggested Use

• We recommend one to three tablets per day, with a sip of water, before or after exercise.
