Suggestions for use:

Before high-intensity, sweaty activities

• Pre-event preparation: Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml water and drink the night before events and key training sessions.
  
• Pre-match drinking: Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml of water and drink 90 minutes before activity and key training. It is recommended to finish drinking at least 45 minutes before starting so that the body can absorb the fluid effectively.
  

During high-intensity, sweaty activities

• Dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml of water and drink according to your thirst.
