Umara Screwtop Liquid Energy Gel 50ml

This liquid gel contains 30 grams of carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is available with or without 30 mg of caffeine. This 50 ml liquid energy gel contains an optimal carbohydrate blend of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. Because it is a liquid, it does not require water. In addition to providing 30 grams of carbohydrates, this energy gel also contains the four main electrolytes lost through sweat (sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium) in balanced proportions.

High in caffeine (63 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.

Directions for use: When engaging in prolonged physical activity, take 1-3 packets of energy gel per hour, distributing the dosage evenly.
