COROS has included voice tagging and photo-video 3D recording features on its NOMAD GPS adventure watch since its launch in August. This functionality has been extended to the COROS APEX 4 watch, automatically integrating voice notes, terrain photos, and exercise data to create a real-time record of your outdoor exploration. This illustrated 3D adventure log allows you to review your routes anytime, anywhere and adjust your training or competition strategy. The COROS APEX 4 also features a voice note recording feature, allowing users to record voice notes anytime, anywhere on the watch or the COROS mobile app. Recorded voice notes can be played back or converted to text within the COROS app using AI-powered keyword extraction, ensuring every moment of exploration is recorded.

The APEX 4 is the first COROS watch model to feature a speaker and dual speakers. The watch supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to easily answer calls while running, keeping their hands free and focused on their activity. Users can also set voice notifications for pace, heart rate, distance, course deviation, and resupply reminders, allowing them to focus on the race without distraction. The APEX 4 features built-in noise-canceling dual speakers, allowing users to quickly add voice tags to designated locations along their journey.
