I am a male, 185cm and 90kg. I choose size L. It's a little tight, but really comfortable. If I had chosen a size XL, I think there would have been too much strap left. If you have a body like me, I think it would be better to choose a size L and adjust the straps to make it more suitable for running.
Next, the water bottle compartment here fits my phone perfectly without any bounce.
I think my purpose is to run for 1-2 hours on my way home from work, so the 10L size seems like the perfect size for clothes. And it comes with two water bottles, it’s nice that I can use them without spending extra money when running in the summer.
Lastly, there are a ton of pockets. I'm not sure I'll ever use them all, but there's plenty of storage space.
Summary: Good for running after work, changing clothes. No phone bounce (only in the water bottle pocket, other pockets have bounce), many many pocket, most comfortable running bag I've ever used.
好好一件背心
