Garmin Fenix 8 47mm AMOLED Sapphire GPS Smart Watch

I paid the full price for this watch, a Fenix 8, two weeks ago (since November 13th) and was told the watch would be delivered within a week at most. There has been no follow-up whatsoever, and I have been left waiting indefinitely, as if I am waiting for a lucky draw. My question is, why would you accept my order if you have no control over the delivery? Why should the customer have to worry about the progress of their order, especially after they have already paid for it in full?
