The salted caramel flavor is heavenly! Life saver in a long run!

Great!

Easy on the stomach. No dramas.
Make sure you drink water before, or whilst, you're having the gels.
The consistency is more like a thick jam - so the water helps it go down (and body to absorb).

No caffeine helps to keep the body normal.
Genuinely felt the energy kick (even without caffeine!) on my 32km LSD.

I went nil fuel during the run (brought 1 gel with me).
Hit an absolute wall at 26km, needed to walk to keep moving.
Decided to have the gel that I was saving for 28km, but the body wants what the body wants.

After a little bit more run and walk (~3 minutes), I could feel my body give me energy again, and managed to finish my 32km (albeit in pain because the body was craving more energy!).
