How to measure:
On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at 90 degress.
For Walking, hiking and backpacking: stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp.
For Running: uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on a size cusp.

Made of 100% carbon fiber material, Distance Carbon Z adopts a three-section folding design and can be quickly deployed for use. We reduced the diameter of the stick body to significantly reduce weight and volume without affecting durability.
The ultra-lightweight and comfortable Distance shoulder strap is made of moisture-wicking material, the ultra-lightweight EVA foam handle provides just the right level of comfort, and the removable rubber or tungsten carbide Tech Tips complete the many features of this flagship lightweight trekking pole.
